Skiers gather on Baldy for flashy, high-flying competition
Justin Lim, of Washington, takes flight during the Sun Valley Freestyle Spectacular, an event held on the slope below The Roundhouse on Bald Mountain on Saturday, Jan. 29. More than 80 athletes from around the West converged on Baldy over the weekend for the event, one of U.S. Ski and Snowboard Intermountain Freestyle competitions. Those who competed in the event had a chance to qualify for junior and senior national freestyle contests later this year.
